Process Design & Engineering
We begin with process conceptualization, technology selection, and detailed engineering design. Our team develops process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, equipment specifications, and control system architectures. This phase establishes the foundation for a facility that meets production requirements while ensuring safety, reliability, and environmental compliance.
Construction & Equipment Installation
Our experienced construction teams execute the facility construction with precision and care. This phase includes site preparation, civil works, structural steel erection, equipment installation, piping fabrication and installation, electrical and instrumentation systems, and utility connections. We implement rigorous quality control procedures throughout construction, with comprehensive testing and inspection to ensure every aspect meets or exceeds industry standards and project specifications.
Commissioning & Operational Support
After construction, we conduct thorough commissioning activities including equipment testing, system flushing, loop checking, and operational verification. We perform pre-startup safety reviews, manage initial catalyst loading, and support plant startup procedures.
